Works and Process at the Guggenheim

WOW!  There are some really great performances coming up  at the Guggenheim.  Fall in NYC is an awesome time of year. As much as I love summer, I look forward to all this inspiration.

“Season highlights include Primary Stages, The Metropolitan Opera, Damian Woetzel, The Kennedy Center, Brian Brooks, Harlem Stage, Jerome Robbins, and more.”

“A performing-arts series that explores artistic creation through stimulating conversation and performance in the Guggenheim’s Frank Lloyd Wright–designed, 285-seat Peter B. Lewis Theater, Works & Process commissions and champions new works and offers unprecedented access to some of the world’s leading creators and performers.”

I’d love to see Damien Woetzel’s work as well as performances by the Metropolitan Opera and so many others.
Woetzel currently serves as the Director of Arts Programs for the Aspen Institute, the Artistic Director of the Vail International Dance Festival, and as the Founding Director of the Jerome Robbins New Essential Works Program. Woetzel is also active as a director and producer outside these roles.

I’m going to keep posting interesting events that come across my desk- so keep checking back.
